Aloo sandwich
Ingredients
- oil 2 tbsp
- bread slices 4
- potato 2
- onion 1
- ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
- curry leaves few
- green chilies 2
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- salt as per your taste
- garam masala 1/4 tsp
- pav bhaji masala 1/4 tsp
Method
- Pressure cook potato for 4 whistles until soft peel of the skin and mash it completely.
Then finely choppped the onions.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds and onions fry them until golden brown after that add curry leaves and green chili
- Add masalas red chili powder, turmeric and salt and garam masala and pav bhaji masala to the mashed potato and mix it well
- after that add this potato mixture to the kadai and cook it for 2 minutes and finely add chopped cilantro/corriander leaves
- Take two bread slices on one bread slice spread the potato masala and then but another bread slice prepare two breads like this and spread buttr on top of the bread slice and then put it in the sasndwich maker till it golden brown or according to your sandwich maker.
- You can do this on stove top too. heat a pan add a butter and put bread slices on it and toast it till both the slices are golden brown in color
- serve with green chutney or chilli sauce
- enjoy your bread toast
