Bombay sandwich

Ingredients
- white sandwich bread trim the edges
- 2 boiled potatoes round sliced
- 1 cucumber round sliced
- 2 tomatoes round sliced
- 1 onion round sliced
- butter at room temperature
- black pepper and salt as needed
- chaat masala powder 1 tsp or as per your preference
- tomato ketchup
- green chutney
Method:
- place one slice of sandwich bread on flat surface and spread the butter generously
- arrange 1 or 2 slices of potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and sprinkle salt, pepper and chaat masala on it.
- spread a tsp of green chutney on another bread slice and place it on top of the vegetables
- you can cut it in half triangle shape or 4 square shape or finger sandwich shape as you like
- sprinkle sev on top of it and serve it with tomato ketchup
